We cover the whole of Manhattan, and the rest of New York City through the wider business. Whether it is one bathroom or a full floor, the call is the same one.

None of this is essential, and we will work through it with you on the call. Having it to hand just makes the first conversation a lot more useful.
The address, and what floor it is on. What you want removed, roughly. Whether the building has a freight elevator, and whether you know its rules on work hours and insurance. And whether you are working to a date that matters, such as a fit-out crew booked in behind us.

Can I get a price over the phone?
For something small and simple, sometimes we can give you a realistic range on the call. For anything larger we would rather come and look, because the things that move the number most are access and what is behind the surface, and neither is visible from a description.
What you will always get on the first call is a straight answer about how we would approach it and what it depends on.
Do you need to see it first?
For anything beyond the very smallest job, yes. A walk-through takes half an hour and it is the difference between a price that holds and a price that changes once work starts.
How quickly will someone get back to me?
We aim to speak to you the same working day. If you reach us outside hours, leave the address and what needs to come out and we will call back with something useful rather than just to arrange another call.
